I love award show red carpets and I was not disappointed with the looks I saw on the Teen Choice Award’s teal carpet last night. While I love an elegant ball gown, my personal favourite celeb looks tend to err on the more casual side which is exactly what we got at this fun event. All of our favourite celebs donned pant suits, jumpsuits, slitted dresses, skirt and crop top combos, and more. No two looks were a like.
While this list is dedicated to the females from last nights show, an honourable mention goes to Co-host Darren Criss for always looking dapper, and always being an adorable nerd. Please host everything Darren.
It’s also nice to see stars sporting casual looks because, more often than not, fans can easily create a similar look and for less. Lucky for us, we can all go out and buy the earrings Lucy Hale was wearing because, surprise, they were from TopShop. The more you know.

5) Selena Gomez
Leave it to Selena Gomez to make a tasteful fashion statement with those double slits. The singer actress looked trendy and sexy in her Cushnie et Ochs dress. Her Neil Lane jewels and Nicholas Kirkwood heels helped tie the look together.
4) Shay Mitchell
Shay Mitchell proves that jumpsuits can be sexy and classy with her Jenni Kayne jumpsuit. It wasn’t strictly an all black-and-white look as her Jimmy Choo heels provided a nice splash of colour.
3) Nina Dobrev
Only Nina Dobrev would be able to look this sexy yet elegant in this paint splattered J. Mendel pantsuit. She kept it fun and flirty with her messy ponytail.
2) Lucy Hale
Last night’s TCA host, Pretty Little Liars’ own Lucy Hale, was simple, summery, and adorable in a Houghton top, high waisted skirt and Stuart Weitzman shoes. The best part? Her earrings are from TopShop! Chic and affordable, just the way we like it.
1) Lea Michele
What’s a best dressed list without Lea Michele? The Glee actress looked pretty and flirty in this two-toned Oscar de la Renta pink dress. Lea brought tears to our eyes, not only with her heartfelt acceptance speech, but when we first noticed her gold “Cory” necklace. Michele was strong, genuine and beautiful at last night’s show.
